Questions & Answers
Who do I contact at our TPA Partners with questions about a claim?
Each TPA Partner will designate points of contact. If you have additional questions, reach out to our Claims Transition Support team.
Will TPA Partners service existing / in-flight claims or only new claims?
Both new and existing claims will be migrated to our TPA Partners on or before June 1, 2026. ASC will no longer handle claims after the cut-off date.
